Built to Give, Born to Lead.

Impact OG is where the next generation discovers that greatness begins by giving. Adventure. Creativity. Service. Leadership. Not learned in a classroom. Experienced in the real world.

Safety & Support

They're having the time of their life. You know they're safe.

Every trip has a named on-site lead, introduced to parents before departure, with a direct line for anything urgent.

Why It Matters

Real Work for Real Communities

Every Impact OG trip starts with the community, not the itinerary. We work directly with local schools, artisans, and organizations on projects that fill a need that was already there — not tasks invented to keep a group of teenagers busy for an afternoon. If the work wouldn't matter without a group of visitors watching, it doesn't make the itinerary.

How We Work

  • Local freelance staff and suppliers are used wherever possible.
  • A community partner is chosen based on capacity on the requested trip dates, ability to give students genuine hands-on involvement in the work, and a secure, comfortable environment for the group.
  • The specific type of service offered is agreed directly with the partner organization in advance. Impact OG does not run orphanage visits or short-term orphanage volunteering of any kind — every placement is with a school, family, or community organization the group can actually contribute to over the course of the trip.
  • Every trip runs with a minimum group size of 25 students.

What Does It Actually Feel Like?

A Trip, Not a Brochure

How a Future Leaders Program trip actually flows, day to day.

1

Mornings: a structured leadership or skills workshop tied to the trip's pillar focus — Young Changemakers, Create, Explore, or Serve.

2

Midday and afternoon: the day's core activity — a hands-on service project, a cultural or historic site, or a destination-specific outdoor activity.

3

Evenings: group reflection and a shared meal, plus a lower-key social activity — where the day's experience actually gets processed, not just logged.

Where We Go

Many Places, One Country

Every destination is chosen for the community partnership behind it, not the postcard view.

Beyond Egypt

Service Trips Abroad

Egypt is where Impact OG started, but it isn't the only place we work. Language immersion and real service, outside Egypt.

What Parents Can Expect

This Changes How They See Themselves

Real survey data isn't collected yet, so here's what we promise instead — one commitment per pillar, not a made-up percentage.

Young Changemakers

“Your child will become more confident, capable and independent — learning to take responsibility, lead others and believe in their ability to make a difference.”

Create

“Your child won't just consume experiences — they will create something meaningful, solve real problems and see their ideas become reality.”

Explore

“Your child will return more independent, resilient and globally aware — with experiences that challenge them and change the way they see the world.”

Serve

“Your child will discover that leadership is not measured only by what they achieve for themselves, but by the positive impact they create for others.”

Two Very Different Questions

Students ask if it'll be fun. Parents ask if it's safe. Here's the real answer to both.
